Prater & Danube Park

We spent our Saturday visiting the Wiener Prater which is a large public park in Leopoldstadt (2nd district). On one end is the Wurstelprater amusement park known simply as Prater. The admission into the amusement park is free but you have to pay for the rides and they are between $3 - $5 EURO per ride.
Heights + Circular Motion = Kirsten not feeling the greatest. I love roller-coasters but this ride is NOT for me!
The main reason we went to Prater was to see this Ferris wheel that is the world's oldest and was built in 1897. Instead of your typical seat on the wheel they have cabins.

Took a walk through Danube Park. It has bike paths, some restaurants and a large tower with two revolving restaurants at the top and observation deck.
